But He said to them, ‘It is I; don’t be afraid.”’ – John 6:20
Jesus may be knocking on your door, but you are too afraid to open it up to Him. Perhaps it’s because of guilt or shame, or perhaps it’s because of a misconstrued perception of who He is. Be encouraged in knowing that God wants to know you, because he truly loves you. Receive Him as he desires to receive you.
