“ But now faith, hope, and love remain; these three virtues must characterize our lives. The greatest of these is love.” 1 Cor. 13:13
Love is a powerful force. It is more than feeling butterflies in your stomach, receiving sweet cards during Valentine Day, and other sentimental things. Here in First Corinthians, we see love elevated above faith and hope. When done properly, love can change the world. Love sees the best in others and sacrificially works to bring it out of people. In short, love, true love, is radical. Today, if you want to change the world for the better, then start by loving it.
