Today, choose to focus on what is good and uplifting.  When thoughts of fear, anxiety or negativity try to steal your peace, instead of giving into to them, run to the word of God.  In God’s word you will find His promises of peace and joy. Take some time to find a few of those promises to meditate on because they will bring you happiness, love, and delight.
