“I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord.” Psalm 121:1-2a

When you’re in trouble where do you look first? Do you run to family? Do you reach out to friends? Or do you look up to God?  While the value of family and friends cannot be denied, we must not lose sight of where our source of help comes from.  If you are a feeling stressed, anxious or afraid, stop and look to God for your help.  He is there waiting for you to look up to Him
