“God is my defender; He rescues those who have a pure heart.” -Psalm 7:10

God is our defender. He will protect us. While it is easy to overlook the power of that statement, I encourage you to meditate on this truth throughout your day. When you face a problem that seems like it will overtake you, remember that God is your defender. If someone speaks ill of you, hold your peace knowing that God is your defender. And when you feel like life is too much, rest in knowing that God is right there with you, defending an protecting you.
