“After these things the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision: “Fear not, Abram, I am your shield; your reward shall be very great.” -Genesis 15:1

The world is full of danger. But, that does not mean we need to give in to fear. God describes himself as a shield to Abram and today He still protects His children. In God we find more than security, but the great reward in knowing that the creator of the world loves us.
