“Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me.” John 15:4

The book of Galatians tells us that the fruit of the spirit consists of love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, and self-control. In John, we are reminded that we can’t bear good fruit by ourselves. This week, examine if there are any unfruitful areas in your life. If there are, remain intentional about submitting those areas to the God who wants to see you grow.
