“Let no [a]unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word is good for edification [b]according to the need of the moment, so that it will give grace to those who hear.” – Ephesians 4:29

Be mindful of the words you speak today. Ask yourself, is what I have to say edifying? Is it wholesome, and is it filled with grace? If you cannot answer yes to those questions, then reconsider your words. Allow the words that you speak to bring joy to someone else.
