GRAMMY-nominated Hillsong Young & Free released a new single, “Uncomplicated,” along with a live music video. The worship song reflects on the love of God towards His people with lyrics like “Even when I’m overthinking, somehow You still love me simply. Your love’s uncomplicated.”

“Uncomplicated” follows their double single release of “World Outside Your Window” and “As I Am” that was released in early July, as well as the group’s current radio track “Never Have I Ever.”

The group is widely known for its breakout hit songs, “Lord Send Revival” and “Best Friends” that reached #1 on the Hot AC Chart. Collectively to date, Young & Free’s 2020 singles have garnered more than 13 MILLION+ global streams.

The music group was formed in 2013. Their debut album We Are Young and Free, released in 2015, was in the Top 25 on the Billboard 200 Charts. In an interview with Hope 103.2, the group shared how they have grown over time.

“I think there’s a sense of life experience that’s happened in the beginning,” said group member Renee Sieff. “I think a lot of songwriters were writing based on what they know. But now this is a very genuine sound.”

Since then, Young & Free has released three albums with over twenty singles, acquiring 459 million views on Youtube and 1.2 billion global career streams.

When discussing their album, they shared, “I think we…selflessly kind of wrote songs that the youth could take as opposed to just our own songs, you know? And I think that really worked for us.”
