“Do not be afraid; you will not be put to shame. Do not fear disgrace; you will not be humiliated. You will forget the shame of your youth and remember no more the reproach of your widowhood.”- Isaiah 54:4

Yes, you may have done so much in your past that was displeasing in God’s eyes, but it’s okay. Your sins have been washed away. Yet for some, you still carry the burden of your past mistakes and failures. This scripture reminds us that we don’t have to be burdened by who we used to be or what we used to do. In God there is freedom from sin and shame!
