“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart. Be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer.” -Ps 19:14

How conscious are you of the words you speak and the thoughts you keep? Do you speak carelessly, or do you speak like God is listening and watching?

The truth is that God is listening to your words and your thoughts.  Are those thoughts and words acceptable to God? If you cannot answer that question with a yes, or if you’re unsure, then take the time today to be more thoughtful in your words. Make sure that you can say, like the Psalmist, that your words and thoughts are acceptable in God’s sight.
