If we’d be transparent, many of our prayer requests that we bring to God are wants rather than needs, when in reality the Lord has given us everything to sustain us. Today, if you woke up in a bed, have food to eat, have eyes to see, fresh air to breathe, or clothes to wear – or whatever blessing God has given you, use that as a reminder to be in a position of contentment and gratitude.
