“Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in God! I will praise him again— my Savior and my God.” – Psalms 42:11

As we all go through a global crisis, like the Psalmist, we may find ourselves feeling anxious or depressed. That is normal given the circumstance. Yet, like the Psalmist, we must also remind ourselves to put our hope in God and seek His presence. It is in his presence that we will find the peace and joy we need.
