There is no shortage of negative things to focus on. Whether you take a look at the evening news or less than positive circumstances in your own life, there will always be a reason to worry. Yet, Paul reminds us that we have a choice in what we focus on. This week, challenge yourself to spend your time thinking about the lovely, pure, commendable things that are worthy of praise instead of the alternatives that may present themselves in your life.
