Cardi B is helping Pastor Jamal Bryant spread the gospel.

The Bronx, New York bred rapper shared a clip of one of Bryant’s sermons with five million followers on social media recently. The moment was not lost on the pastor who is transitioning into leading New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia.

“Thank you ⁦@iamcardib⁩ for helping me spread the gospel to the culture,” he wrote on Twitter.

The sermon touched on dealing with people who were not supportive of those who are walking in their God-given blessings.

“Do you know how many people are jealous of you? And they got no idea that the gift you have, you never prayed for it,” Bryant said in the sermon clip. “The gift that you hold you never asked God to give it to you. You got folks that are fighting you and they don’t know I don’t even want this.”

Instead of being discouraged by the opposition, Bryant reminded people that the critics are proof of God’s anointing.

“God done put it on my life. All I can do is flow in my gift,” he continued. “You know you’re authentically anointed when people who got more than you don’t like you. And you’re trying to figure out why you’re attacking me when I ain’t got nothing.”

He continued to encourage people with the reminder that God is just getting started with their blessings.

“God said if they hate you at this level, what they gonna do when I elevate you to a whole new place,” he questioned. “This is just the beginning.”

Cardi B seemed to connect with the message and posted it on Twitter with the caption, “My LIFE!!!”

Fans of the rapper may not be surprised to find out that she may be inspired by sermons like Bryant’s. Last year, she spoke about how grateful she is to God for all of her success.

“If I was to see Jesus Christ… I would kiss his feet. I wish I could give God a hug, bro,” she previously said on Instagram. “I love my supporters and I love God. The devil be working but God always works harder!”
